List of Exclusions. 1. The Plan for eligible products is only a maintenance plan that offers Basic check, deep cleaning services and breakdown support for eligible products as per table above. 2. While servicing the Covered Product, if it is identified that Product is not working/functional and repair is required, Croma will provide breakdown support which covers only labour charges. List of Exclusions. The ZipCare Maintain - AMC for Air Conditioners is only a maintenance plan that offers wet or dry AC cleaning service along with gas refill. While servicing the device, if it is identified that repair is required then the same will not be covered under the plan. However, Croma will assist in facilitating repairs through the OEM. If the product doesn’t have Manufacturer’s Warranty, the cost arising from the repairs or replacement will not be covered under the ZipCare Maintain - AMC for Air Conditioners. If the warranty is not provided by the OEM for any reason, then, IRL will not be responsible for the same. Any other issues resulting in the Air Conditioner not being functional or performing the way it should apart from the scope of the program offered will not be covered.   • Warranty Exclusions The Limited Warranty in clauses 1.2 and 1.3 does not apply: a) if the Product was not purchased and installed in Australia; b) if You do not grant BYD or BYD Partner access to the performance data of the Product over the Internet upon request after reporting the warranty claim and/or manipulate such data; c) to wear and tear in the appearance of the Product (including but not limited to any scratches, stains, mechanical wear, rust or mould) which does not impair its function; d) to any damage to property or personal injury arising from any defect if the state of scientific and technical knowledge at the time when the Product is sold to Original Buyer was not such as to enable the defect to be discovered; e) if the invoice for the Product and the information listed in clause 4 below is not provided with the warranty claim; or f) if the serial number on the Product can no longer be identified or has been modified.
