Local Channel. The portion of a circuit which connects a station with an interoffice channel AA. Measured Service Customer local exchange service which is usage sensitive. In addition to a basic monthly charge for an access line, the Customer is billed for usage based upon the number of originated local calls and the length of those calls in minutes.
