Long Service Step Sample Clauses

Long Service Step. (1) Effective April 1, 2022, a Long Service Step equivalent to two percent (2%) shall be added to the Salary Schedule. Employees shall be eligible for the Long Service Step identified in the Salary Schedule upon completion of the following: (a) Twenty (20) or more years of continuous service, and (b) The employee has been at the maximum step of their salary scale for a minimum of twelve (12)
Long Service Step. Effective October 1, 2014, (October 1, 2012, for all nursing/professional-technical classifications as per existing LOUs) a Long Service Step equivalent to two percent (2%) shall be added to Schedule “A”. Long Service Step. Add a "Long Service Step" to each salary group of the Wage Scale equivalent to two percent (2%) above the maximum step in each salary group applicable Effective the first day of the bi-weekly pay period following April 1, 2012, employees shall be entitled to a Long Service Step, subject to meeting all of the following criteria:
Long Service Step. 44:01 Effective April 1, 2025, a Long Service step equivalent to two and a half (2 1/2%) percent, shall be added to the salary scale.
