Common use of Longevity Increases Clause in Contracts

Longevity Increases. After ten (10) years or more of continuous service with City of Hope, the employee's base rate shall be increased by an additional $.25 per hour. After fifteen (15) years of continuous service, the employee's base rate shall be increased by an additional $.15 per hour. After twenty (20) years of continuous service, the employee's base rate shall be increased by an additional $.10 cents per hour.
