Common use of Longevity Program Clause in Contracts

Longevity Program. In addition to the monthly rates of pay provided herein, there shall be a Longevity Program for all employees covered under this agreement. Such employees who have been employed with the Employer for a period of three (3) years or more shall be paid five dollars ($5.00) per month for each successive three (3) year term of employment to a maximum not to exceed twenty dollars ($20.00) per month.
