LOSS OF PERSONAL ITEMS. Cabin guest acknowledges and understands that each guest, or guardian, is solely responsible for any loss by any person while in residence including the loss of money, jewelry or any other personal item. We will do our very best to return any lost or forgotten items, at the guest(s) expense.

APPLIANCE MALFUNCTIONS or service requests for air conditioning, televisions, appliances etc., will be responded to as quickly as possible. There are no rebates or refunds issued to Tenants for any reason as every good faith effort is made to insure the property is maintained to highest standards. The Barbeque uses propane gas for cooking. DO NOT PUT CHARCOAL IN THE GAS GRILL! And please remember to turn it off when finished grilling! Thanks!

  • Personal Items 15.6.1 We shall not be responsible in any way for your personal furniture, jewellery, other valuables, cash, credit cards, cheques, documents or other personal possessions unless we have been fraudulent or breached this Agreement in respect of your belongings. 15.6.2 If you wish to bring in large personal items (for example, furniture), into the Residence, you must ask the General Manager in writing before you move in. Any decision to allow personal items to be brought into, and used in, the Residence is at the discretion of the General Manager. 15.6.3 Your personal items must not constitute a fire hazard or a health and safety risk, or disturb the peaceful enjoyment of the Residence by other residents and employees.

  • Use of Personal Vehicle Employees who use their personal vehicle for business purposes because an Employer vehicle is not readily available will be reimbursed for mileage and parking fees incurred during such use.

  • Use of Personal Vehicles When employees are authorized to use their personal vehicles to transport clients or residents in the care of the State, the State agrees to provide, subject to the rules and regulations of the Comptroller, a supplemental mileage allowance rate of seven cents ($.07) per mile for the use of such personal vehicle.

  • Categories of Personal Data The categories of personal data that we will process in connection with the Plan are the Grantee’s: • name; • date of birth; • job title; • home address (and, if different, mailing address) and postal code; • telephone number; • social insurance, national insurance, US taxpayer and/or foreign tax identification number; • salary; • country of citizenship and nationality; • any Common Stock or directorships held in any of the Relevant TriMas Companies; • details of all awards or any other entitlement to Common Stock awarded, cancelled, exercised, vested, unvested or outstanding in Grantee’s favour; and • reference number (where relevant to link the Grantee’s benefits under the Plan to other documentation issued to or from the US Department of the Treasury Internal Revenue Service). The processing of the personal data set out above is mandatory in order for the Relevant TriMas Companies to provide and administer the Plan.

  • Use of Personal Leave An employee may use personal leave credits to conduct personal business that cannot be conducted outside of normal working hours and for personal emergencies.
