Mail Service Interruption. If, by reason of any actual or threatened interruption of mail service due to strike, lock-out or otherwise, any notice to be given to the Holder or to the Corporation would be unlikely to reach its destination in a timely manner, such notice shall be valid and effective only if delivered by facsimile or other electronic communication or personally in accordance with Sections 7.1 or 7.2, as the case may be.
