Mailing Lists Clause Samples
The "Mailing Lists" clause governs the creation, use, and management of lists containing contact information for individuals or entities, typically for the purpose of sending communications such as newsletters, updates, or marketing materials. This clause may specify who is permitted to access or distribute the mailing list, outline requirements for obtaining consent from recipients, and set rules for maintaining the accuracy and privacy of the information. Mailing Lists. Subcontractor expressly agrees that it will not use VEIC’s mailing lists other than for lawful purposes necessary for performance of the Services hereunder.

Mailing Lists. 8.2.1. Your University email address will be added to a mailing list for use by the Accommodation Service to send important notices about your Accommodation. You will not be able to unsubscribe from this list.
8.2.2. Your University email address will be added to a mailing list for use by the Accommodation Service to send (but not limited to) service updates, campus marketing and social events. You may choose to opt out of this service at any point by un-subscribing from the service, this un-subscription will remain active for the duration of the current session. Words used in this Agreement and in these Terms and Conditions of Residence have the following meanings:

(17.1) NIRSA grants Exhibitor a limited, nontransferable license to use the NIRSA Annual Conference’s proprietary mailing list of the conference’s registrants’ name, physical address, and opt-in email address for a single, one-time mailing that is germane to the interests of conference attendees and that does not (in the sole opinion of NIRSA) mislead, misinform, or deceive and that is not distasteful in content or presentation. All (a) lists of customers, (b) lists of suppliers and vendors, (c) depletion data, and (d) trade mailing lists of the Business, in any format, in the possession of the Company, which will be delivered to Parent and Merger Sub at the Closing (collectively, the “Mailing List”), are true, correct and complete copies of all of the lists owned, held or used by the Company in connection with the Business
Mailing Lists. If either party desires to obtain access to the other party’s list of members, donors, or contacts, or any portion of such a list, for the purpose of mass mailings or telemarketing, access shall be provided in return for a contemporaneous payment of the reasonable fair market rental value of the names used, upon each occasion of use. Each party may obtain its own bulk mailing permit for mass mailings that it will conduct.
Mailing Lists. COUNTY agrees to provide the LCEA with employee contact information (employee name, department, and classification) for each employee represented by Units 3, 4 and 5. This information will be provided in an electronic format suitable for database or spreadsheet use. The LCEA must submit a written request for this information to the Human Resources Director, no more than once per fiscal quarter. COUNTY shall be given a reasonable time to respond to the request.
Mailing Lists. Add Agent as an addressee on all mailing lists maintained by or for the Obligors.
Mailing Lists i. Generate and provide mailing lists to an SJCE-designated printer, within seven (7) business days of SJCE’s request according to written parameters provided by SJCE, for each of the following:
a. Mass enrollment notifications during statutory enrollment periods;
b. Late payment notifications to CCA Service customers that are over 90 days or $250 overdue, generated on a monthly basis;
c. New CCA Service account/new move-in customer enrollments (during non-enrollment and statutory enrollment periods) within seven (7) days of enrollment receipt of CCASR;
d. 100% renewable option residential welcome packets within seven (7) days of opt up request;
e. Opt out confirmation letters within seven (7) days of opt out request;
f. Welcome Back to SJCE confirmation letters within seven (7) days of re-enrollment;
g. Welcome to NEM program confirmation letters with seven (7) days of notification from PG&E of rate change to NEM;
h. Customers eligible for SJCE’s Net Energy Metering annual settlement process based on SJCE’s current NEM program; and
i. Other mailing lists as requested, such as SJCE program participation and changes in rates.
ii. All mailing lists must adhere to the following parameters, unless otherwise specified by SJCE:
a. Remove duplicate occurrences of identical Service Agreement account holder name and full mailing address.
b. Remove Direct Access customers.
c. Send the above lists to SJCE staff via SFTP for review and/or to SJCE’s designated printer via SFTP, in accordance with SJCE’s request.
