Maintain Traffic Sample Clauses

The "Maintain Traffic" clause requires a party, typically a contractor or service provider, to ensure that the normal flow of pedestrian or vehicular traffic is not unduly disrupted during the course of their work. In practice, this may involve setting up temporary walkways, signage, or detours to guide traffic safely around a construction or maintenance site. The core function of this clause is to minimize inconvenience and safety risks to the public and to comply with local regulations regarding access and mobility during project execution.
