The Maintenance of System clause outlines the responsibilities for ongoing upkeep, repair, and support of a system after its initial delivery or installation. Typically, this clause specifies the scope of maintenance services, such as software updates, hardware repairs, or technical support, and may detail response times, service levels, and any associated costs. Maintenance of System. HIO shall maintain the functionality of the System and the Services in accordance with the Policies and Procedures, and shall provide such service, security, and other updates as HIO determines are appropriate from time to time.
Maintenance of System. The Owner, at the Owner’s sole cost and expense, will maintain the System including, but not limited to, all over-current protective equipment, in a safe and prudent manner and in conformance with all applicable laws, codes and regulation, including, but not limited to, the requirements of Section 4 above. The Owner must retain all records for such maintenance. These records must be available to the City for inspection at all reasonable times.
Maintenance of System. Tenant shall maintain and repair the System in good order and condition, reasonable wear and tear and damage by casualty excepted, and shall maintain the System and related equipment so as to keep it safe, sanitary, and in good working order and condition, all at its sole cost and expense.
Maintenance of System. Within sixty (60) days after the Effective Date, Pathnet and Incumbent shall execute and deliver the Maintenance Services Agreement. Pathnet shall have the right to supplement at its own expense at any time, and from time to time, any maintenance performed on the System, as determined by Pathnet in its sole discretion.

Maintenance of System. CSI shall provide the Location with equipment, related software and processing systems necessary to process Cash Advance transactions in accordance with this Agreement (“Cash Advance System”). The Cash Advance System will remain the property of CSI, to be used exclusively by the Service Center for the duration of this Agreement. Service Center will be responsible, and reimburse CSI, for any part of the Cash Advance System provided by CSI to the Service Center which is lost or damaged. CSI will provide all supplies necessary to operate the Cash Advance System installed at the Location. If the Cash Advance System should fail, the Service Center will notify CSI immediately. CSI will take reasonable action, in its discretion, to return the Cash Advance system to working order.
Maintenance of System. Seller will maintain, keep, and --------------------- preserve the System and Assets in the same general operating condition as on the date hereof, ordinary wear and tear excepted. To the extent any programming/affiliation company(ies) announce or have announced future scrambling of signals: 7.2.1 if scrambling is to commence prior to the Closing Date, Seller shall acquire, at its own expense, all Videocipher satellite descramblers and such other equipment as will be necessary to continue the present operation of the System on and after the Closing Date; 7.2.2 if scrambling is not to commence until on or after the Closing Date, and free descrambling equipment is offered by the programming/affiliation company(ies), if Seller has not already ordered such equipment on its own, it shall do so upon the request of Buyer; and 7.2.3 if scrambling is not to commence until on or after the Closing Date, and free descrambling equipment is not offered by the programming/affiliation company(ies), then upon written request by Buyer, Seller shall order the necessary descrambling equipment. Buyer shall assume all obligations for such equipment ordered and will be entitled to such equipment whether or not the transaction contemplated herein actually closes; provided, however, that if Buyer has instructed Seller to place an order for such equipment and this transaction fails to close, Seller shall have the option to purchase the equipment from Buyer at Buyer's cost;
Maintenance of System. SJCHIE shall maintain the functionality of the System and the Services in accordance with the Policies and Procedures, and shall provide such service, security, and other updates as SJCHIE determines are appropriate from time to time.
Maintenance of System. Except as provided herein, NG shall Maintain the System (as such term is defined below); provided however, that NG shall not be responsible for any maintenance, repair or replacement required as a result of the negligence or intentional act of the Customer, its employees, agents, or independent contractors (other than NG) and/or (ii) any equipment or software not provided by NG. NG shall maintain a maintenance log that documents all service issues. To "Maintain the System" shall mean to keep or promptly return the System to a state of operation such that the System's functionality and operation conforms in all material respects to the description of the System set forth in this Exhibit. All problems shall be documented immediately, and repairs commenced within twenty-four (24) hours of the time NG receives notice thereof. NG shall also install all software revisions for Systems and Ticket Agent as and when developed and made commercially available by NG.
