Common use of Maintenance Operations Clause in Contracts

Maintenance Operations. Maintenance employees shall work eight (8) hours per day in nine (9), with one (1) hour off for lunch for five (5) days per week except that on Sundays and Holidays as covered in Section 9.01 of this agreement. Maintenance staff on evening and night work, shall work eight (8) consecutive hours, five (5) days per week and the paid lunch break shall not exceed twenty (20) minutes.
