Majority Representative Clause Samples

Majority Representative. The City hereby recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive negotiating agent and representative for all full time fire officers employed in the City of Gloucester City Fire Department, but excluding all other personnel employed in the City of Gloucester City Fire Department and all other city employees. The Fire Chief shall be excluded from the list of all other titles listed by DOP. The term Fire Officer shall be defined as Fire Lieutenant and Battalion Chief and to include the plural as well as the singular and to include males and females. The use of the word employee throughout this agreement shall include all fire officer titles listed by DOP.

Majority Representative. The City recognizes the PBA #77 as the Majority Representative for all regularly appointed Sergeants within the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Point Police Department, hereinafter referred to as the EMPLOYEE. The City and the PBA #77 agree that the PBA #77 has the exclusive right to negotiate as to the terms and conditions of employment for such employees pursuant to Chapter 123, Public Laws of 1974.

Majority Representative. 1. The Township hereby recognizes the Association as the sole and exclusive negotiating agent and representative for all full-time Patrolmen, Sergeants and Lieutenants employed in the Township of Egg Harbor Police Department, but excluding all other personnel employed in the Township of Egg Harbor Township Police Department, and all other Township employees. 2. The title "Police Officer" shall be defined to include the plural as well as the singular and to include males and females, uniformed members and non-uniformed members assigned to plain clothes.

The City hereby recognizes the Association as the sole and exclusive negotiating agent and representative for all full time Patrolman, Sergeants, Detectives, Lieutenants and Captains employed in the Ventnor City Police Department, but excluding all other personnel employed in the Ventnor City Police Department and all other City employees. 2. The title “Policemen”, “Police Officer”, or “employee” shall be used interchangeably and shall be defined to include the plural as well as the singular and to include males and females, uniformed members and non-uniformed members assigned to plain clothes.

Majority Representative. The City hereby recognizes the Association as the sole and exclusive negotiating agent and representative for all Fire Captains, Fire Lieutenants and Firemen employed in the City of Margate City Fire Department, but excluding all other personnel employed in the City of Margate City Fire Department and all other City employees.

Majority Representative. The City recognizes the Majority Representative of employees as the exclusive negotiating agent for all non-uniform employees of Margate City, including the following departments: Street/Water & Sewer Construction Code Tax Collector Tax Assessor Non-uniformed Police Personnel Property Improvement - Secretarial & Custodial
