Make available Sample Clauses

The "Make available" clause requires one party to provide access to certain resources, information, or materials to the other party as specified in the agreement. In practice, this could involve supplying documents, granting access to software, or making personnel available for consultation, depending on the context of the contract. The core function of this clause is to ensure that the receiving party has the necessary means or information to fulfill their obligations or to benefit from the agreement, thereby preventing delays or misunderstandings due to lack of access.
