When the District is required by law to make up school days missed 18 make-up days shall be accomplished through the mutual agreement of the District and the 19 Association. 21 SECTION I: DISRUPTIVE STUDENTS 22 Each elementary building, Lincoln Middle School and Clarkston High School shall have 23 Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($17,500) yearly to use in hiring an aide to deal with 24 disruptive students.
