Making Sample Clauses

The "Making" clause defines the process or requirements for the creation, production, or assembly of goods, works, or deliverables under a contract. Typically, this clause outlines who is responsible for making the specified items, the standards or specifications to be met, and any timelines or milestones for completion. For example, it may require a manufacturer to produce goods according to certain quality standards or within a set timeframe. The core function of this clause is to ensure that both parties are clear on how and when the contractual subject matter will be made, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes over performance.
