We offer dedicated Web site and application hosting services designed to enable reliable, scalable, mission-critical Web solutions. We operate both Windows- and UNIX-based servers using hardware from Compaq and Sun Microsystems.   • Hosting Services NCR Voyix shall furnish facilities, equipment, computer programs and services, as specified from time to time by NCR Voyix, that NCR Voyix deems necessary for operation and maintenance of the System (collectively, the “Hosting Services”).

  • Managed Services HP will provide the services as described in a Statement of Work (“SOW”) attached to this Agreement or incorporating it by reference. Each party will appoint a single point of contact as set forth in the SOW who will serve as their primary representative, have overall responsibility for managing performance, and meet with the other party’s representative to review progress. Change requests are governed by the change management procedures as set forth in the SOW.

  • TESTING SERVICES DESCRIPTION This Exhibit contains additional terms and conditions applicable to testing services for digestive disorders (the “Testing Services”) that you may have purchased. The additional terms and conditions in this Exhibit only apply to the services described in this Exhibit.
