Managed Services. 7.1 The skills and capacity to provide some or all of the DAPA requirements as part of a managed service should DWP or any other contracting authority deem this to be the most appropriate way of delivering such services. 7.2 Contractors may be asked to absorb some functions currently delivered from within government departments, for example data matching, processing, and analytics.
