Common use of Management and Reporting Clause in Contracts

Management and Reporting. Enrolled Affiliate must provide and manage account details (e.g., contacts, orders, Licenses, software downloads) on Microsoft’s Volume Licensing Service Center web site (or successor site) at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/licensing/servicecenter. On the effective date of this agreement and any Enrollments, the contact(s) Enrolled Affiliate has identified for this purpose will be provided access to this site and may authorize additional users and contacts.
