Common use of Management Positions Clause in Contracts

Management Positions. Seniority employees who take a management position will maintain all seniority rights under this agreement for ninety (90) calendar days after date of hire into a management position. Within the ninety (90) calendar days the employee may return to the unit for any reason. After ninety (90) calendar days in the management position, that person would not be eligible to return to the bargaining unit except as provided for in Article 3: Permanent Employment Probationary Period.
