Mandatory Minimum Penalty. The Discharger hereby agrees to pay an administrative civil liability in the amount of fifty-four thousand dollars ($54,000) to resolve the Water Code violations, as follows:
Mandatory Minimum Penalty. The Discharger shall pay one hundred eleven thousand dollars ($111,000) in mandatory minimum penalties. That amount is a suspended administrative civil liability, which shall be deemed satisfied once the Discharger has funded the SEP projects and they have been completed in accordance with the schedule proposed in the SEP Proposal (Attachment B). The Discharger shall ensure that the SEP allocation of sixty-three thousand dollars ($63,000) is used as per the proposed budget in accordance with the schedule included in Attachment B of this Order. A description of the SEPs, a description of the deliverable products from both SEPs, and the SEPs Budget and Milestones is included in Attachment B. The Discharger is ultimately responsible for ensuring that the work described in Attachment B is satisfactorily completed.

  • Minimum Payment Overtime worked on a Saturday or Sunday will be paid for at the rate of double Ordinary Rates. Employees required to work on a Saturday or Sunday will be afforded a minimum 4 hours work, or be paid as if for 4 hours at the aforementioned overtime rates.

  • Overtime Penalty Rates On projects where the Total Cost of Work is $50m or greater, all time worked in excess of the ordinary hours and on weekends shall be paid at double time.

  • Early Distribution Penalty Tax If you receive a Traditional IRA distribution or a nonqualified ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ distribution before you attain age 59½, an additional early distribution penalty tax of 10 percent generally will apply to the taxable amount of the distribution unless one of the following exceptions apply.

  • Minimum Benefits If the Termination Date occurs during the Employment Period for any reason, the Executive shall be entitled to the Minimum Benefits, in addition to any other benefits to which the Executive may be entitled under the following provisions of this Section 4 or the express terms of any employee benefit plan or as required by law. Any benefits to be provided to the Executive pursuant to this Section 4(a) shall be provided within thirty (30) days after the Termination Date; provided, however, that any benefits, incentives or awards payable as described in Section 4(f) shall be made in accordance with the provisions of the applicable plan, program or arrangement. Except as may otherwise be provided expressly to the contrary in this Agreement or as otherwise provided by law, nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as requiring the Executive to be treated as employed by the Company following the Termination Date for purposes of any employee benefit plan or arrangement in which the Executive may participate at such time.
