Mandatory Service Requirements. This section provides details of the mandatory Service delivery requirements that the Supplier shall be expected to fulfil in their entirety, in order to meet the requirements of this DPS Agreement. It is important that the Supplier take time to fully understand this important part of the Service delivery requirement, all mandatory requirements as listed below shall be required at DPS Agreement commencement date with the Authority.
