MANIFOLD OPERATOR Sample Clauses

The "Manifold Operator" clause defines the rights and responsibilities related to the use, maintenance, or operation of a manifold system within a contract. Typically, this clause outlines who is authorized to operate the manifold, the standards or procedures that must be followed, and any safety or compliance requirements.
