MARKET OPERATION Clause Samples

The MARKET OPERATION clause defines the rules and procedures governing how transactions are conducted within a specific market or trading environment. It typically outlines the operational framework, including trading hours, order types, settlement processes, and participant obligations. For example, it may specify when trades can be executed, how orders are matched, and the responsibilities of market participants.
