MARKETING EFFORT Sample Clauses

The Marketing Effort clause defines the obligations and expectations regarding the promotion and advertising of a product or service under the agreement. Typically, it outlines the specific actions, resources, or minimum standards that a party must meet to market the offering, such as dedicating a certain budget, engaging in specified campaigns, or achieving agreed-upon targets. This clause ensures that both parties are aligned on the level of marketing commitment required, helping to prevent disputes over insufficient promotional activities and supporting the overall success of the venture.
