Mastercard Zero Liability. If you promptly notify us of your lost or stolen Mastercard branded card, you may not be liable for any losses if you can demonstrate that you have exercised reasonable care in protecting your card form risk of loss or theft. Mastercard Zero Liability applies to your purchases made in the store, over the telephone, online, or via a mobile device and ATM transactions.
Mastercard Zero Liability. Under Mastercard Zero Liability Protection, you will not be held responsible for unauthorized transactions if you have used reasonable care in protecting your Card from loss or theft and you promptly reported to us when you knew that your Card was lost or stolen. Mastercard Zero Liability applies to purchases made in store, over the telephone, online or via a mobile device and ATM transactions. Mastercard Zero Liability does not apply to certain Mastercard payment cards that are used for commercial purposes.
Mastercard Zero Liability. Subject to certain limitations set forth in this section, MasterCard offers you protection for Fraudulent Transactions initiated on your Account (the “MasterCard Zero Liability Policy”). Your rights under the MasterCard Zero Liability Policy are in addition to any rights you have under applicable law, as stated in the billing rights statement set forth at the end of this Agreement.
Mastercard Zero Liability. Your MasterCard card is protected from fraud and unauthorized charges in ways that are not available with other forms of payment like cash. As a MasterCard cardholder, you are protected under the MasterCard Zero Liability policy for unauthorized transactions and they could be transactions made in stores, over the telephone, or on the internet if the following five conditions are met: 1. You have exercised vigilant care in safeguarding your card from risk of loss, theft, or unauthorized use; and 2. You immediately and without delay notify your card issuer upon discovery of the loss, theft, or unauthorized use; and 3. You have not reported two or more incidents of unauthorized use in the preceding 12 months; and 4. Your account is in good standing; and 5. You have complied with the terms and conditions of the cardholder agreement. If you do not meet all five conditions stated above, then your liability shall be governed in accordance with the cardholder agreement. The Zero Liability policy does not apply: • to cards issued to entities that are not natural persons; or • to cards issued primarily for business, commercial, or agricultural purposes; or • to cards issued outside the Asia/Pacific region; or • if a personal identification number (PIN) is used as the cardholder verification method for unauthorized transaction(s). Unauthorized use means the use of your card by a person other than you, who does not have authority for such use and from which you receive no benefit. To be protected you must have taken reasonable steps to notify the card issuer and to provide pertinent information about the loss, theft, or possible unauthorized use of the MasterCard card
Mastercard Zero Liability which results in your total outstanding balance remain liable for any balance due, and Interest charges and otheinrstruchctairognesto draw on your Account. We and Fidem are not liable for any (plus authorizations) exceeding your credit limit, we may: 1. permit the transaction without raising your credit limit; 2. permit the transaction and treat the amount of the transaction that is more than the credit limit as immediately due; or 3. refuse to permit the transaction. If we refuse to permit the transaction, we may advise the person who at- tempted the transaction that it has been refused. If we refuse to permit a Bal- ance Transfer, we may do so by advising the person presenting the Balance will continue to be imposed at the rates specified in this Agreement until all sums you owe are paid in full.
Mastercard Zero Liability. Mastercard® won't hold you responsible for "unauthorized transactions." As a Mastercard® cardholder, Zero Liability applies to your ATM transactions and purchases made in the store, over the telephone, online, or via a mobile device. As a cardholder, you will not be held responsible for unauthorized transactions if: (a) You have used reasonable care in protecting your card from loss or theft; and (b) You promptly reported loss or theft to Bank.   • Business Auto Liability Coverage shall be provided for all owned hired, and non-owned vehicles. Required Limit: $1,000,000 combined single limit each accident.

  • Auto Liability Where the services to be provided under this Contract involve or require the use of any type of vehicle by Contractor in order to perform said services, Contractor shall also provide comprehensive business or commercial automobile liability coverage including non-owned and hired automobile liability in the amount of one million dollars ($1,000,000.00).

  • Vehicle Liability If vehicles or mobile equipment is used in the performance of the obligations under this Agreement, then CONTRACTOR shall maintain liability insurance for all owned, non-owned, or hired vehicles so used in an amount not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence combined single limit. If such insurance contains a general aggregate limit, it shall apply separately to this agreement or be no less than two (2) times the occurrence limit. Policy shall name the COUNTY as Additional Insureds.

  • Cross-Liability All required liability policies shall provide cross-liability coverage as would be achieve under the standard ISO separation of insureds clause.

  • Watercraft Liability 1. Coverages E and F do not apply to any "water- craft liability" if, at the time of an "occurrence", the involved watercraft is being: a. Operated in, or practicing for, any prear- ranged or organized race, speed contest or other competition. This exclusion does not apply to a sailing vessel or a predicted log cruise; b. Rented to others; c. Used to carry persons or cargo for a charge; or d. Used for any "business" purpose. 2. If Exclusion B.1. does not apply, there is still no coverage for "watercraft liability" unless, at the time of the "occurrence", the watercraft: a. Is stored; b. Is a sailing vessel, with or without auxiliary power, that is: (1) Less than 26 feet in overall length; or (2) 26 feet or more in overall length and not owned by or rented to an "insured"; or c. Is not a sailing vessel and is powered by: (1) An inboard or inboard-outdrive engine or motor, including those that power a wa- ter jet pump, of: (a) 50 horsepower or less and not owned by an "insured"; or (b) More than 50 horsepower and not owned by or rented to an "insured"; or (2) One or more outboard engines or mo- tors with: (a) 25 total horsepower or less; (b) More than 25 horsepower if the outboard engine or motor is not owned by an "insured"; (c) More than 25 horsepower if the outboard engine or motor is owned by an "insured" who acquired it dur- ing the policy period; or (d) More than 25 horsepower if the outboard engine or motor is owned by an "insured" who acquired it be- fore the policy period, but only if: (i) You declare them at policy incep- tion; or (ii) Your intent to insure them is reported to us in writing within 45 days after you acquire them.
