Material License Clause Samples

A Material License clause grants one party the legal right to use certain materials, such as intellectual property, documents, or software, under specified conditions. This clause typically outlines the scope of the license, including any limitations on use, duration, and whether the license is exclusive or non-exclusive. By clearly defining the permissions and restrictions associated with the use of the materials, the clause helps prevent unauthorized use and protects the interests of the material's owner.
