Common use of Material Violation Clause in Contracts

Material Violation. A violation of Sections 7 or 8 shall constitute a material and substantial breach of this Agreement and shall result in the imposition of the Company's remedies contained in Section 12. CAMP▇▇ ▇▇▇nowledges that compliance with the provisions of Sections 7 and 8 are necessary to protect the goodwill and proprietary interests of the Company and is a material condition of employment.
