Materials and Installation Sample Clauses

The 'Materials and Installation' clause defines the standards and requirements for the materials to be used and the methods of installation in a project. It typically specifies the quality, type, and source of materials, as well as the procedures and workmanship standards that must be followed during installation. For example, it may require that all materials meet certain industry certifications and that installation is performed by qualified personnel according to manufacturer guidelines. This clause ensures that the finished work meets agreed-upon quality and safety standards, reducing the risk of defects and disputes over construction quality.
