Mature Content Clause Samples

The Mature Content clause defines the rules and disclosures regarding the inclusion of material that may be inappropriate for certain audiences, such as explicit language, violence, or adult themes. It typically requires that any content containing such material be clearly labeled or restricted to users above a certain age, and may outline procedures for parental controls or user warnings. This clause serves to protect both the provider and users by ensuring that sensitive or potentially offensive material is properly identified and access is appropriately managed, thereby reducing the risk of unintended exposure and legal liability.
