Maximum Allowance. a. A teacher who is in their first year of employment may make an application for the discretionary pool up to 5 additional days. b. A teacher who is in their second year of employment may make an application for the discretionary pool up to 10 additional days. c. A teacher who is in their third year of employment may make an application for the discretionary pool up to 15 additional days. d. A teacher who has reached four (4) or more years of employment may make an application for the discretionary pool up to 40 additional days.
