Maximum Compensatory Time. 780 Employees may accumulate no more than one hundred and sixty (160) hours of 781 compensatory time. 782 C. Compensatory Time Use 783 An employee must use compensatory time prior to using vacation leave, unless this 784 would result in the loss of the employee’s vacation leave or the employee is using 785 vacation leave for Domestic Violence Leave.
