Maximum Credit on Salary Schedule Clause Samples

Maximum Credit on Salary Schedule. New faculty personnel shall be placed on the appropriate step of the salary schedule on the basis of the degree status and previous teaching experience. Credit will be allowed for up to five (5) years of successful experience in other school systems; provided, such experience shall have been continuous service of more than one-half of any school year. Intermittent or short-term substitute service will not be credited as previous teaching experience. Additional experience may be granted at the discretion of the Superintendent.

  • Maximum Credit Patheon's liability for Active Materials calculated in accordance with this Section 2.2 for any Product in a Year will not exceed, in the aggregate, the Maximum Credit Value set forth in Schedule D to a Product Agreement.

  • Placement on Salary Schedule The following rules shall be applicable in determining placement of a teacher on the appropriate salary schedule.

  • Unused Line Fee On the first day of each month during the term of this Agreement, an unused line fee in an amount equal to 0.375% per annum times the result of (i) the Maximum Revolver Amount, less (ii) the sum of (A) the average Daily Balance of Advances that were outstanding during the immediately preceding month, plus (B) the average Daily Balance of the Letter of Credit Usage during the immediately preceding month,
