Preferred treatment of McKesson Content is not itself sufficient under the preceding sentence to require payment by McKesson. Instead, a showing is required that a third party Content Provider is making additional payments for similar preferred treatment, or that such Content Provider would be required to pay if it and not McKesson were the Content Provider in the particular instance involved.
