Meal and Rest Breaks. 3.2.1 An (a) During each shift Employee will be provided with: (1) one 15 minute paid break; and (2) one 30 minute unpaid meal break. (b) Where an Employee is required to work for more than 2 hours beyond the Employee’s normal ceasing time in any day the Employee shall be allowed entitled to a paid break of 30 minutes at ordinary rates. Meal and Rest Breaks. 3.2.1 8.1. Employees will be entitled to a 45-minute meal break. Of this 45-minute meal break, the first 15 minutes shall be paid to enable the employee to travel to a suitable place to take the break. The remaining 30 minutes shall be unpaid. 8.2.
