Measurement Data Sample Clauses

The Measurement Data clause defines how quantitative information related to a project or service—such as usage, performance, or output metrics—will be collected, recorded, and reported. Typically, this clause outlines the methods, frequency, and standards for data measurement, and may specify the responsibilities of each party in providing or verifying such data. Its core practical function is to ensure transparency and accuracy in tracking key metrics, thereby reducing disputes and enabling informed decision-making based on reliable data.

Measurement Data. (a) Allocated Producers Data. Gatherer will make available to Producers, including through electronic access as available, information containing Producers’ previous Day’s volumes (in MMBTU) delivered to each Receipt Point, as well as daily Gas Lift Gas information for each Receipt Point. Gatherer will also provide Producers, including through electronic access as available, access to its preliminary daily measurement data for the Day that Dedicated Gas was actually received at each Receipt Point as allocated by the Dedicated Gas flow in MMBTU/Day to help Producers minimize Imbalances. All such information for a Day will be provided by Gatherer on or before forty-eight (48) hours after the end of such Day, unless Gatherer is unable to do so for reasons beyond its reasonable control, in which case Gatherer will provide Producers such data as soon as reasonably practicable under the circumstances.
Measurement Data. Gatherer will make available to Producers, including through electronic access as available, information containing the previous Day’s volumes (MMBTU) and a spot flow rate in MMBTU/Day at the time of the latest poll of the measurement station. All such information for a Day will be provided by Gatherer on or before two (2) hours after the end of such Day, unless Gatherer is unable to do so for reasons beyond its reasonable control, in which case Gatherer will provide Producers such data as soon as reasonably practicable under the circumstances.

If requested by Producer, Buyer shall request the Downstream Facility provide, at Producer’s cost, access to real-time measurement data at the Origin Points, including volume, gravity, average flowing temperature, average flowing pressure and other reasonably requested and available measurement data.
Measurement Data. Gatherer, or its designee, shall be solely responsible for obtaining all necessary measurement data concerning Gatherer’s receipts of Shipper’s Gas at the Point of Receipt hereunder. The quantity of Gas measured at the Point of Measurement shall be measured in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of Exhibit C, subject to the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals.
Measurement Data. Carrier shall provide Producer, at no cost to Producer, a port to receive all measurement data generated at each individual Receipt Point and Delivery Point and Carrier will utilize this data to manage the nomination, allocation and billing procedures related to Carrier’s services provided hereunder. In addition, all data collected in Carrier’s SCADA system shall be made available to Producer in electronic form on a continuous, real-time basis. (a) Carrier will provide direct electronic access to communications port(s) on Carrier’s EFMs to obtain real time and audit trail data (thirty-five (35) Day hourly average measurement data, alarms, and events). (b) If Producer is unable to obtain historical measurement data from any meter, Carrier will provide such data in electronic format. (c) Carrier and Producer will mutually agree upon a reporting method for volumes of vertical well Crude Oil. (d) Carrier shall install a SCADA system to collect and monitor Central Battery LACT and tank level data. All data collected will be made available to Producer via direct electronic access.
