Common use of Mechanical and Electrical Working Drawings and Specifications Clause in Contracts

Mechanical and Electrical Working Drawings and Specifications. Tenant shall employ engineers approved by Landlord to prepare Mechanical and Electrical Working Drawings and Specifications showing complete plans for electrical, life safety, automation, plumbing, water, and air cooling, ventilating, heating and temperature control and shall employ engineers designated by Landlord to prepare for Landlord a capacity and usage report (“Capacity Report”) for all mechanical and electrical systems in the Premises.
