The 'Meeting Dates' clause establishes the specific dates or schedule on which parties are required to meet as part of their obligations under an agreement. It typically outlines whether meetings will occur at regular intervals, such as monthly or quarterly, or on particular dates, and may specify the process for setting or changing these dates. This clause ensures that all parties have a clear understanding of when meetings will take place, promoting coordination and accountability, and helping to prevent misunderstandings or missed obligations.
Meeting Dates. The AAUP shall advise the College of the dates and times of regular scheduled meetings of the AAUP. Such dates and times shall be submitted by the College to members of the administration with instructions that best efforts be made so that no bargaining unit member shall be required to attend any meeting which conflicts with such regularly scheduled AAUP meetings. Instructional duties shall not be canceled in favor of AAUP meetings. Resolutions of conflicts with other duties is the responsibility of unit members.
Meeting Dates. A. Meetings of the LRAC shall be held at the mutual consent of the Employer and the Association. All meetings of the committee shall be held at a mutually agreeable location.
B. Agenda items which comply with Section 22.1, submitted at the time the request to meet is made, shall be included on the agenda of the next meeting, and reasonable time shall be given to discuss those items.

Except by agreement of the representatives of the Board and the Association, meetings shall begin no earlier than 120 days and not later than 60 days prior to the date of expiration of the agreement, and shall be concluded no later than 30 days prior to the agreement expiration date.
