Meteorological Towers Sample Clauses

Meteorological Towers. The Seller shall install and maintain at least two (2) towers with [Weather Station] [instrumentation] specified in Schedule 2 (Description of the Complex) for measurement of ambient conditions including temperature, air pressure, wind direction, wind density, relative humidity and other parameters in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 5 (Technical Limits; Minimum Functional Requirements [and Acceptance Tests]).
Meteorological Towers. Proposed construction, installation, operation, and removal of meteorological towers when the following conditions are met: 1. The results of archaeological survey within the offshore APE meet the standards established in BOEM’s Guidelines and either: a. Resulted in the identification of no archaeological site within the seabed portion of the APE for the tower, or b. If the project can be relocated so that the offshore APE does not contain an archaeological site, if any such sites are identified during geophysical survey. 2. BOEM will determine, based on the lessee’s documentation, that there will be no potential for onshore visibility of the meteorological tower and therefore, no onshore APE or the results of historic property identification within the visual APE meet the standards outlined by the SHPO(s), or THPO(s) if on tribal lands, and no historic properties are identified.
Meteorological Towers. As a removal deposit for the meteorological towers, thirty (30) days from the commencement of Phase I, the Lessee shall deposit with the Lessor at the Lessee’s option: (i) A bond (from an issuer with an A.M. Best’s Rating of not less than A); (ii) An irrevocable letter of credit from a bank; or (iii) A cash deposit. The removal deposit must be in an amount sufficient to cover the surface and subsurface restoration costs and the estimated removal of the meteorological towers. The Lessee, with approval from the Lessor, shall determine the removal deposit amount based on the estimated number of meteorological towers the Lessee intends to install according to the preliminary research plan. If the actual number of meteorological towers exceeds the estimated number of meteorological towers, the Lessor, at its option, may demand an increase in the removal deposit. Failure to post the required removal deposit thirty (30) days from commencement of Phase I, or to increase the removal deposit within thirty (30) days of demand by the Lessor, may be construed as an Event of Default. If at the end of Phase I or in case of default or termination, the Lessee fails to remove the meteorological towers according to the terms of this Lease, the Lessor may use the removal deposit to cover the surface restoration costs and the actual and reasonable costs of removal of the meteorological towers.
Meteorological Towers. The Project will include up to five free-standing (non- guyed) permanent meteorological towers. The height of the towers shall not exceed the Hub Height of the WTGs selected.
Meteorological Towers. If Grantee installs one or more temporary meteorological towers on the Property prior to the Start of Construction, Grantee will pay Owner $1,000 per year for each such tower from the date of installation until the Start of Construction or removal, such amount to be payable within thirty (30) days after installation and each anniversary of installation.
Meteorological Towers. The Certificate Holder shall install and operate non-guyed permanent meteorological towers.

  • Infrastructure Modification of the location and/or sizing of the infrastructure for the Project that does not materially change the functionality of the infrastructure.

  • Electrical connections In accordance with paragraph 5.11. However, if a rear position lamp is reciprocally incorporated with a direction- indicator, the electrical connection of the rear position lamp on the relevant side of the vehicle or the reciprocally incorporated part of it may be such that it is switched OFF during the entire period (both ON and OFF cycle) of activation of the direction-indicator lamp.

  • Condominiums/Planned Unit Developments If the Mortgaged Property is a condominium unit or a planned unit development (other than a de minimis planned unit development) such condominium or planned unit development project such Mortgage Loan was originated in accordance with, and the Mortgaged Property meets the guidelines set forth in the Originator's Underwriting Guidelines;

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.

  • Information Systems Acquisition Development and Maintenance a. Client Data – Client Data will only be used by State Street for the purposes specified in this Agreement.
