Meter Failure. If the Meter fails to register for a period of fourteen (14) or fewer days , the amount of wastewater furnished during such a period shall be deemed to be the amount of wastewater delivered in the corresponding period immediately prior to the failure. If the Meter fails to register for a period greater than 14 calendar days, the amount of wastewater furnished after the initial 14-day period shall be billed an amount for a volume equal to the rated capacity of the wastewater pump(s), multiplied by the total time pumped.
