Meter Hardware Clause Samples

The Meter Hardware clause defines the responsibilities and terms related to the physical devices used to measure utility consumption, such as electricity, water, or gas meters. It typically specifies which party is responsible for providing, installing, maintaining, and replacing the meter hardware, and may address issues like ownership, access for inspection, and standards for accuracy. By clearly outlining these obligations, the clause helps prevent disputes over meter functionality and ensures accurate measurement and billing for utility usage.
