Common use of Meter reading and data Clause in Contracts

Meter reading and data. (a) JGN must: (i) read or where permitted under this Agreement or applicable Law, estimate the meter reading at the relevant Delivery Points; and (ii) provide on-site data and communication equipment where economically and technically feasible, at the Delivery Point. (b) Where JGN provides Daily Meter Reading Facilities but does not provide Communications Facilities, then the Quantities passing through that Measuring Equipment must be recorded by JGN Daily and, where JGN also provides Communications Facilities, must be telemetered by JGN Daily.
