Metering Information. The Customer is to ensure that by 10.00 am on the fourth Business Day of each month, or such other time or date as Transpower may reasonably require to ensure compliance with its obligations under the Electricity Governance Rules, all Metering Information for each Point of Connection for the previous month (including any updated or additional Metering Information) is delivered to Transpower in such form as Transpower may reasonably require. The Customer will, if required by Transpower, deliver such Metering Information to the Reconciliation Manager.

Metering Information. 8.1 GNI shall notify to GNI (UK)( not later than 11:00 on D+1 in respect of each Day D: (a) the Metered Quantity for Day D; (b) the quantity of Natural Gas which would have been offtaken from the GNI System on Day D if quantities of Natural Gas had not been nominated for delivery to the GNI System at the Interconnection Point in respect of Day D.   • Furnishing Information (a) No Holder shall use any free writing prospectus (as defined in Rule 405) in connection with the sale of Registrable Securities without the prior written consent of the Company. (b) It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to take any action pursuant to Section 4 of this Annex E that the selling Holders and the underwriters, if any, shall furnish to the Company such information regarding themselves, the Registrable Securities held by them and the intended method of disposition of such securities as shall be required to effect the registered offering of their Registrable Securities.

  • Sharing Information Each party hereto shall as promptly as possible, and in any event within two (2) business days, inform the other of any material communications between such party and the FCC or any other Governmental Authority regarding this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby. If any party receives a request for additional information or documentary material from any such Governmental Authority, then such party shall endeavor in good faith to make, or cause to be made, as promptly as practicable and after consultation with the other party, an appropriate response to such request.
