Method of Transmission Sample Clauses

The "Method of Transmission" clause defines the acceptable ways in which official communications, notices, or documents must be sent between parties under an agreement. It typically specifies permitted methods such as email, postal mail, courier, or fax, and may outline requirements for confirming receipt or designating contact addresses. By clearly establishing how and where communications should be delivered, this clause helps prevent disputes over whether notices were properly sent or received, ensuring clarity and reliability in contractual correspondence.
