Minimum Credit Hour Adjustments. Effective for the 2012-2013 academic year, the minimum credit hour rate for adjunct faculty members shall be as follows: Adjunct Professor $1,500 Adjunct Associate Professor $1,200 Adjunct Assistant Professor $1,050 Adjunct Instructor $950 b. Continuing Adjunct Faculty Member Increases (i) For the 2014-2015 academic year, continuing adjunct faculty members shall be compensated at their 2013-2014 credit hour rate, increased by 1.75%. The increase will be paid on a retroactive basis within forty-five (45) days after the Agreement is ratified by both parties. (ii) For the 2015-2016 academic year, continuing adjunct faculty members shall be compensated at the greater of their 2014-2015 credit hour rate increased by 2.25%. Continuing Adjunct Faculty Member Increases For the 2022-2023 academic year, continuing adjunct faculty members shall receive a contract salary equal to their 2021-2022 contract salary, increased by 5%. The increase will be paid on a retroactive basis within forty-five (45) days after the Agreement is ratified by both parties. All continuing adjunct faculty who were employed by the University during the fall 2022 or spring 2023 academic year will be eligible for a retroactive payment. For the 2023-2024 academic year, continuing adjunct faculty members shall receive a base adjustment increase as detailed in section 14.04(a), or a 3% increase equal to their 2022-2023 contract salary, whichever is greater. For the 2024-2025 academic year, continuing adjunct faculty members shall receive a base adjustment increase as detailed in section 14.04(a), or a 3.25% increase equal to their 2023-2024 contract salary, whichever is greater.‌

  • Maximum Credit Patheon's liability for Active Materials calculated in accordance with this Section 2.2 for any Product in a Year will not exceed, in the aggregate, the Maximum Credit Value set forth in Schedule D to a Product Agreement.

  • Minimum Excess Availability Borrower shall have Excess Availability under the Revolving Credit Loans facility of not less than the amount specified in the Schedule, after giving effect to the initial advance hereunder and after giving effect to any applicable Loan Reserves against borrowing availability under the Revolving Credit Loans.

  • Closing Availability After giving effect to all Borrowings to be made on the Effective Date and the issuance of any Letters of Credit on the Effective Date and payment of all fees and expenses due hereunder, and with all of the Loan Parties’ Indebtedness, the Borrowers’ Availability shall not be less than $500,000.

  • Minimum Availability Borrower shall have minimum availability immediately following the initial funding in the amount set forth on the Schedule.

  • FUNDING AVAILABILITY This Contract is contingent upon the continued availability of funding. If funds become unavailable through the lack of appropriations, legislative or executive budget cuts, amendment of the Appropriations Act, state agency consolidation, or any other disruptions of current appropriations, DFPS will reduce or terminate this Contract.
