Minimum Numbers Clause Samples
The "Minimum Numbers" clause sets a required baseline quantity for a particular item, service, or participant within an agreement. For example, it may stipulate that a supplier must deliver at least a certain number of units, or that an event will only proceed if a minimum number of attendees register. This clause ensures that both parties have clear expectations regarding the lowest acceptable threshold, thereby protecting against underperformance or uneconomical arrangements.
