Minimum Wage Adjustment Clause Samples
The Minimum Wage Adjustment clause establishes a requirement for wages to be periodically reviewed and updated to comply with changes in applicable minimum wage laws. Typically, this clause mandates that if the legal minimum wage increases, the employer must adjust employee pay rates accordingly to ensure ongoing compliance. This provision ensures that employees are always paid at least the legal minimum, protecting both the employer from legal liability and the employee from underpayment as wage laws evolve.
