MISCELANEOUS. 3.1 Stanford and Histogenics acknowledge and agree that the Agreement, as amended, is valid and in good standing as of the Effective Date of this Amendment. 3.2 Except as amended hereby, all other provisions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect. 3.3 The parties to this Amendment agree that a copy of the original signature (including an electronic copy) may be used for any and all purposes for which the original signature may have been used.
