Common use of Miscellaneous Payments Clause in Contracts

Miscellaneous Payments. Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, neither Party shall provide services or information to the other on a chargeable basis without the prior written agreement of the other Party, with regard to such services or information as well as to the charges and payment schedules therefor.
