The Mobile Access clause defines the terms under which users can access a service or platform via mobile devices. Mobile Access. The Online Policies and Agreements apply when you access the Website using your mobile phone, smartphone, or other mobile device (each a "Mobile Device"). We will not charge you to access the Website using a Mobile Device or to receive an Email or phone call or text including SMS text Communications from us. However, your Mobile Device access service provider may charge you access rates and fees. To access the Website using your Mobile Device, the Website must support your Mobile Device as described in the Consent to Electronic Communications and Agreements.

Mobile Access. MPB agrees to provide a service that allows Customer to access Account Balances, Transaction History, Account Transfers, ▇▇▇▇ Pay, and upon approval, Deposit Capture on a mobile device (smart phone), through the Mobile App. The Mobile App is available for select mobile devices. MPB does not guarantee that all mobile devices and operating systems are compatible with System. To use this feature, Customer must have a supported mobile device that is compatible with the App, and a data plan for the mobile device that allows for Internet access. Customer is responsible for downloading App to their device, installing any and all periodic updates to App, and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions Agreement of the App. Customer is responsible for maintaining the security of the mobile devices with the App, and to notify MPB immediately if Customer becomes aware of any loss, theft, or unauthorized access of information through the mobile device.
