You can request Your Access Key by submitting to the Site the e-mail address You provided to the Clinician at the time You agreed to the Clinician sharing Content with You through the Site. The validity of the Access Key may be limited in time and/or be limited to a single session of using the Site. For the duration of the Access Period, You may have the possibility to request a new Access Key in accordance with Section 3.1. 3.3.   • Access to the Site 22.1 The Contractor shall allow the Engineer and any person authorized by the Engineer access to the Site, to any place where work in connection with the Contract is being carried out or is intended to be carried out and to any place where materials or plant are being manufactured / fabricated / assembled for the works.

  • B1 The Services The Contractor shall supply the Services during the Contract Period in accordance with the Authority’s requirements as set out in the Specification and the provisions of the Contract in consideration of the payment of the Contract Price. The Authority may inspect and examine the manner in which the Contractor supplies the Services at the Premises during normal business hours on reasonable notice.
